Using this website

You’re welcome to read, share, and reference vooee.au. If you want to quote us at length or republish content, please ask first at hello@vooee.au. Don’t misrepresent Vooee, copy the brand, or use our name to imply an endorsement that doesn’t exist.

Scope of services

Vooee provides AI advisory, workflow design, and Voice AI work for Australian organisations. Anything beyond general information on this website is a bespoke engagement, agreed separately in a written scope (statement of work, proposal, or engagement letter).

Until there’s a signed scope or exchanged written acceptance, no contractual services exist. Initial conversations, including intro calls, are exploratory and free.

Intellectual property

Content on vooee.au (words, visuals, frameworks) belongs to Vooee Pty Ltd. You can share it with attribution. You can’t repackage or resell it.

For client engagements, ownership of deliverables is agreed in the relevant scope. Our default: you own the specific outputs produced for you. Vooee retains ownership of background methods, templates, and tooling used to produce them.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us is kept confidential. We’ll sign an NDA on request and happily use yours if it’s reasonable. We don’t name clients publicly without permission.

What the website is not

Nothing on vooee.au is financial, legal, tax, or medical advice. See our disclaimer. If we’ve written something that sounds like advice, read it as general information. For advice, talk to a qualified professional in that field.

Third-party tools and links

We mention and link to other tools and services. We don’t control them. If you follow a link, you’re subject to the linked site’s own terms and privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vooee is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of this website or anything we’ve written here. Where liability can’t be excluded (for example, under the Australian Consumer Law), our total liability is limited to re-supplying the information or, at our option, refunding the amount you paid for it (which, for a public website, is nothing).

Liability under engagement contracts is addressed separately in the relevant scope.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of New South Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 60 days.
